Description
The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to availability of FY 07 funds. The Office of Communications and Outreach intends to contract for audio/video services to support the No Child Left Behind Summit : The Path 2014 "Keeping Parents Informed". Services required include, but are not limited to, high tech audio set for (4) six person panels, staging (including TV quality lighting), video recording and editing, big screen production including multiple floor monitors, webcasting, computer equipment with Microsoft Office installed, scenic elements including backdrops, banners, and signage, etc. for an audience of 300-400. Proposals should include travel and lodging expenses for 6-8 technicians to be on site. Contracted vendor will be responsible for transportation, setup, and break down of equipment and staging materials. All responsible vendors may submit a quote, which, if received by the closing date, will be considered by ED. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, capabilities, and past performance.
